Beginners Cooking Classes

 

Are you a professional of any age, a foodie who has little to no experience in the kitchen?
Do you have trouble cooking weekly meals and no longer want to eat out all the time? Do you want quick, properly prepared food that satisfies your body, soul and discerning palate? Join chef Lucinda Macdougall for a series of hands-on cooking classes so you can have fresh, nourishing, intelligently luxurious food every day, with all the techniques that make this a learning experience for life.  

These classes will have an emphasis on bringing out the best of local and seasonally available ingredients with as little tampering as possible, while learning the fundamental techniques of cookery. 

Beginners Discovery Session

3 hours $110 p/person
Saturday 19th November, 11am - 2pm. Book in today. 

Come along to our first beginners discovery session where you can tell us what you're interested to gain from our beginners series planned to commence in 2012. In this first class, you'll also be introduced to the kitchen environment, key knife skills, and prepare some deliciously simple pan-fried fish with summer salads.
