• Twice cooked pork belly with ginger flower salad
• Salmon tartare with citrus salad and mango puree
• Roast pumpkin, leek and blue cheese gyoza with orange miso dressing (V)
• Mexican spice grilled chicken fillet with green papaya salad
• Seared beef salad with cashew nut, celery & garlic chips
Mains
• Pan-fried snapper fillet on saffron and pipi risotto with parsley and pepper sauce
• Duck breast with puy lentils, barberry and duck glaze
• Lamb tenderloin with medley of mushrooms, silky mash and port wine sauce
• Ricotta ravioli with spinach cream sauce and roasted almond garnish (V)
Desserts
• Bitter chocolate fondant with chocolate soil and sorbet
• Baileys pannacotta with seasonal fruit salad and housemade ice cream
• Pecan, prune & Calvados tart with saffron & honey ice cream

• Marinated Meredith goat cheese with fresh persimmon slice & olive jam (V)
• Black sesame choux puff pastry filled with pumpkin mousse & chervil (V)

• Oyster with cucumber & ponzu dressing
Hot Canapés
• Tempura fish with sweet chilli sauce
• Mexican spiced chicken with spinach & fried shallot
• Beef skewers with spicy satay sauce
• Takoyaki (octopus balls) with sweet soy & mayonnaise
• Mushroom & cheese roll/pinwheel with semi dried tomato (V)
• Mini lamb burgers with spicy rhubarb & tomato chutney
