The shiraz is regarded as a wonderful example of southern Victorian red wine. It is regularly included in the Langton's classification of Australia's finest wines, awarded 5 stars by James Halliday and included in his list of classic wines. This wine is deep crimson in colour with a subtle bouquet of spice, plummy fruit and a hint of licorice. This is a medium weight savoury wine with extraordinary impact. It has classic Craiglee pepper and spice and ample ripe fruit ahead of a firm and very long finish. |
